Dingo Technologies has won the "Best Practice and Management" Award from Fujitsu PC Australia for excellence in the management of Fujitsu laptop warranty service and repairs. The award was announced at Fujitsu "Train the Trainer - 2010" conference in Hong Kong and accepted by our own Senior Repair Engineer, Enrico.

Dingo Technologies had the shortest average repair turn-around time and the highest efficiency and accuracy in return materials processing of any Authorized Service Provider in the Asia Pacific region for 2009.

Fujitsu Warranty Registration Website

Fujitsu PC requires customers to register their machines for warranty validation and warranty repairs. Registering the machines allows customers to maintain their personal information, product details, check warranty and upload scanned invoices for updating the correct warranty coverage.

Please note that warranty can only be registered by the customer since a confirmation email with an activation link will be sent to the customer directly. Account activation through a link in the email will be required in order to continue the registration. Please register and update your warranty.
